Decided to have a Mommy & Son dinner here and was extremely happy with everything! It's been a very long time since I've been here so it was pretty much a whole new adventure for both me & my 7 yr old. Our waitress was ABSOLUTELY amazing (I wish I could remember her name) and was so patient in explaining everything to us. It is a bit pricey BUT it is a lot of food, just doesn't seem like it but I promise it is.

We had such a great experience for our 5 year anniversary, and a big part of that was our server, Monet. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole evening feel special. She checked in at all the right times without being overbearing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and our experience and we will definitely ask for her next time we return. The food was fantastic, and they were very accommodating to my food allergy. The s’mores dessert is soo yummy I highly recommend everyone tries it. Can’t wait to go back!!

First time visiting a Melting Pot. My server was Grace. She did a great job of educating me on how the whole experience works. She even had the bar make me non-alcoholic strawberry lemonade. I skipped the cheese fondue and the salad. I ordered the Steak Lovers entree and chose to grill instead of using a fondue cooking style. The the meats were Garlic Pepper Steak, Teriyaki Steak, and Petit Filet. Since I was eating alone I could cook it just the way I like. The food was just as good as the service. I would definitely try another location near home. I see that there are several near Atlanta. I would highly recommend this location!

DIXIE is def the server to have at the melting pot! Last night November 7th, 2025, my husband and I went to the melting pot for our 4 year anniversary. We got their 50th anniversary 4 course meal! We go every year and always have a pretty good experience BUT last night was wonderful! We had a server named DIXIE in Tallahassee Fl! At first I was unsure how the night was gonna go. But she came back to the table and she was above amazing. She had us laughing and giving us pointers on the sauces and everything. Every-time we have been the servers we had in Destin Fl were good but to the point. Dixie talked to us like we known each other and treated us as we were her only customers when we in fact were not! When we go back next year I hope she is still there bc that’s def the server I would love to use every year that we go!

Zia did a FANTASTIC job. Extremely personable and cheerful. Made a quality dinner into an unforgettable experience. For anyone watching, she is the benchmark that other waiters/waitresses should strive to become. I will absolutely be coming back. 💯
